The Whistler Gold Project, Alaska, U.S.A.

Whistler is a large gold-copper porphyry exploration project located 105 miles (170 km) northwest of Anchorage, Alaska, USA, covering a comprehensive regional land package totalling 53,700 acres (217 sq km). The Whistler Project has indicated resources of 3.0 million gold equivalent ounces and inferred resources of 6.5 million gold equivalent ounces.

Mineral resources have been estimated at three gold-copper porphyry deposits (Whistler, Raintree West and Island Mountain) and several additional geophysical and geochemical targets anomalies contain mineralized drill intersections that require follow-up drilling.

Whistler's base camp and gravel airstrip are established for field programs.

Whistler’s growth potential includes opportunity for U.S. GoldMining’s dedicated team to apply new regional geologic models to unlock value for Whistler, as well as following best practices in safety, environment and sustainability to optimize project advancement towards permitting and eventual development.

Unlocking Value of the Whistler Project, Alaska, U.S.A.

GoldMining Inc. aims to immediately unlock substantial value in Whistler by creating U.S. GoldMining without diluting GoldMining's capital structure.

The Company believes that creating a new company with Whistler as the flagship asset will catalyze the ‘rediscovery’ of Whistler and create a re-rating event in the market.

Advancing Whistler from resource to scoping study status and accreting additional value via exploration growth and capitalizing on the project’s location and access to proposed infrastructure development, will further drive increased valuation in the Whistler asset.

U.S. GoldMining Inc. is managed by an experienced team and governed by a seasoned Board of Directors.
